All Gaïa & Cie products are covered by a one-year warranty (365 days) after purchase, upon presentation of the invoice, including the date of purchase and the online order number (if applicable). We are confident that our products are of excellent quality. However, it is possible that there is a manufacturing defect. If a breakage caused by standard use that prevent the operation of the accessory (excluding aesthetic defects) the product will be repaired, replaced or credited. Please note that the guarantee excludes when the accessory is chewed or damaged by a dog.
