return and exchange

We understand that it can be difficult to buy certain accessories without trying them on your dog(s) first (harnesses, collars, etc.). Gaïa & Cie products are therefore exchangeable/refundable within 30 days after placing the order online or purchasing in a Popup shop. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the accessories must be in perfect condition (unworn, uncrushed and unsoiled). Please, pay a special attention to hair residue after trying the accessories on your dog. If the returned accessories are not in perfect condition, the return or exchange will not be eligible. Accessories or products in the SALE section are not exchangeable or refundable. These are final sales.

EXCHANGE

Gaïa & Cie accessories are exchangeable up to 30 days after purchasing, as long as they are in perfect condition (see conditions above). You must first ensure that the products desired in exchange are available and in stock. If the accessories desired in exchange are not available, you will need to plan to choose other models or size. Delivery for the return of the accessories to be exchanged is at the customer's expense. Then return of the replacement accessories is at our expense. However, it is possible to carry out a free exchange directly at our collect point in Quebec City (thanks to a partner agreement with the Monsieur Jules Grooming Salon) located at 390 Rue du Pont, Québec, QC G1K 6M7 in St-Roch. Before traveling, wait for the confirmation email that the package with the exchanged accessories has been left at Salon Monsieur Jules. To avoid as much as possible having to exchange sizes, contact us for advice before placing the order. To make an exchange, please contact us.​

REFUND

Gaïa & Cie accessories are exchangeable up to 30 days after purchasing, as long as they are in perfect condition (see conditions above). Delivery for the return of the accessories to be reimbursed is at the customer's expense. directly at our collect point in Quebec City (thanks to a partner agreement with the Monsieur Jules Grooming Salon) located at 390 Rue du Pont, Québec, QC G1K 6M7 in St-Roch. The refund will be made directly to the payment method used when placing the order online (or in Popup shop) upon receipt of the package (allow a delay of a few days after shipping). If you drop off at Salon Monsieur Jules, it is important to notify us when the package has been dropped off. To avoid having to make a return as much as possible, contact us if you have any questions about our products before placing the order. To make a return, please contact us.​​​

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
It is possible to modify or cancel your order (add an accessory or change a size, for example), as long as it has not yet been processed and shipped yet. It is also possible to modify your shipping address under the same conditions. To make a modification, please contact us.
