We understand that it can be difficult to buy certain accessories without trying them on your dog(s) first (harnesses, collars, etc.). Gaïa & Cie products are therefore exchangeable/refundable within 30 days after placing the order online or purchasing in a Popup shop. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the accessories must be in perfect condition (unworn, uncrushed and unsoiled). Please, pay a special attention to hair residue after trying the accessories on your dog. If the returned accessories are not in perfect condition, the return or exchange will not be eligible. Accessories or products in the SALE section are not exchangeable or refundable. These are final sales.

EXCHANGE

Gaïa & Cie accessories are exchangeable up to 30 days after purchasing, as long as they are in perfect condition (see conditions above). You must first ensure that the products desired in exchange are available and in stock. If the accessories desired in exchange are not available, you will need to plan to choose other models or size. Delivery for the return of the accessories to be exchanged is at the customer's expense. Then return of the replacement accessories is at our expense. REFUND

Gaïa & Cie accessories are exchangeable up to 30 days after purchasing, as long as they are in perfect condition (see conditions above). Delivery for the return of the accessories to be reimbursed is at the customer's expense.
